ARTIST STATEMENT
I use my phone to capture fleeting emotions as dream-like images, reflecting my introverted nature—a quiet, slow observation of life and time. Each photo frames people lost in thought, showing their unique thoughts and their individuality shining against soft, muted colors that set a moody, reflective tone, pulling viewers into deeper stories.
This photo collection titled “To Be Still” freezes the atmosphere of everyday moments, where time seems to pause. Shot over years, this series blends stillness with subtle sparks of life. Each scene captures a passing feeling or lasting value, drawing people to reflect on what it means to be human. Models appear in unadorned, everyday outfits, grounding the work in a simplistic authenticity that mirrors the usual day-to-day existence.
