Dauda Kenneth Tsovini
Nigeria
Dauda Kenneth Tsovini is a Nigerian documentary photographer and visual storyteller whose practice explores memory, place, identity, family and becoming. Working across portraiture and documentary photography, his work draws from personal history, community and the environments he encounters. He is particularly interested in how people and places shape one another, and how photography can preserve histories that might otherwise disappear. His practice is deeply connected to Taraba State, where questions of home, belonging, culture and personal identity continue to shape his visual storytelling. With over seven years of professional experience, Dauda has worked across portraiture, documentary, editorial and campaign photography, while developing personal projects that examine the relationship between people, memory and place.
